The Town Of Osoyoos Invites Tenders For The Reconstruction Of The Watermain, Sanitary Sewer Main, Storm Sewer Main, And Road Resurfacing Works In The Quail Place Area (Part A), As Well As The Relocation Of Storm Sewer Infrastructure In The Torrey Pines Area (Part B), Located On The West Side Of Osoyoos. A Summary Of The Work Includes The Following Approximate Quantities: Part A – Quail Place Reconstruction 225 M Of Watermain Installation, Including Two (2) Tie-Ins To The Existing System 160 M Of Sanitary Sewer Main Installation, Including Seventeen (17) Service Connections, Six (6) Manholes, One (1) Exterior Drop Structure, And Two (2) Tie-Ins To The Existing System 10 M Of Storm Sewer Installation, Including Three (3) Drywells And Five (5) Catch Basins 630M3of Subgrade Excavation 1,830 M² Of Asphalt Paving, Including Base Gravels 430 M Of Curb And Gutter 380 M² Of Driveway Restoration And 280 M² Of Boulevard Restoration Part B – Torrey Pines Storm Sewer Relocation 58 M Of Storm Sewer Installation, Including Three (3) Manholes Two (2) Tie-Ins To The Existing Storm System Three (3) Manhole Installations. Two (2) Concrete Pipe Anchor Blocks. On-Site Grading Of Existing Ground To Provide A Minimum 1.0 M Cover Over Utilities
