1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Mining Works Consisting In Securing The Kornecki Ii Chamber At Level Iii In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Works.1. 2. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Drilling The Connection Between The Kornecki Ii Chamber And The Gallery Leading To The Dry Mining Chambers No. Iii/381.1.3. The Aim Of The Security Works Is To Restore The Safe Functioning Of The Historic Workings Of The Kornecki Chamber Ii, A Section Of The Basement. Kniaziołucki And The So-Called Rifle Located In The Eastern Part Of The Chamber.2. Scope Of Mining Works. As Part Of The Execution Of Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Work Site (Area), 2) Prepare The Technology For Carrying Out The Works, 3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 4) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 5) Provide Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise The Mining Works, 6) Provide Surveying Services, 7) Carry Out Mining Works.3. Execution Of Mining Works.3.1. Before Commencing Work In The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Technology For Their Implementation, Agree It With The Services Subordinated To The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), And Then, After Agreeing, Submit It For Approval By Krzg. The Technology Should Be In Accordance With The Order Of Krzg No. Ksw/Z/Krzg/42/2018 Of April 24, 2018, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3.2. Mining Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Design Documentation Entitled: Update Of Design Documentation For Securing The Kornecki Ii Chamber, Located On Level Iii Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract, 2) Permit No. 40/25 Of The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks Of November 24, 2025, Reference: Dk-453-59/25, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Contract, 3) Instructions For Fireproof Impregnation Of Wooden Cladding Elements And Excavation Decoration In K.S. Wieliczka S.A.
