Bidders Are Obliged To Offer The Subject Of Procurement In Accordance With The Cost List Of The Subject Of Procurement As Well As All Other Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation. The Bidder Submits Its Bid At Its Own Expense Without The Right To Claim Compensation From The Client On Any Basis.
