Bids Are Invited For Operation And Maintenance Of Other Machines And Plants - Complete System; 1. Operators and assistants shall be provided by the Company according to the Boiler Act for 1.5 ton capacity boiler. This will be 24 x 7 basis. 2. Uniforms and shoes shall be provided by the Company for the operators. 3. All records as per the requirement of the QA, BCGVL shall be maintained by the Company 4. All medical expenses for operators are covered in the scope of the Company. 5. Boiler related approvals/follow-up is covered under the Companys scope of work and necessary form submission /signature will be done by BCGVL Statutory fee shall be paid by BCGVL. 6. All necessary basic tools will be provided by the Company 7. Fuel shall be provided by BCGVL. Charging of fuel is covered in the scope of the Company. 8. All consumables will be under the scope of BCGVL.. 9. Preventive Maintenance Checklists to be maintained for Boiler on the basis of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annually. 10. Operation and Maintenance team should maintain daily log book with the details of observed parameters periodically specifying the limits to be maintained. 11. Critical parameters with its alert and action limits are to be monitored for timely action so as to prevent breakdowns and a register to be maintained with the probable cause, 12. Operation and Maintenance team should maintain log book and the same to be in excel sheet for easy data interpretation and for determination of the root cause analysis and the same to be submitted to Quality Assurance in time. 13. The vendor to provide the life time, delivery lead time and failing parameter pertaining to mechanical, electrical and other components. 14. The vendor to provide the sufficient training and to perform the possible trouble shooting and repair / rectification/replacement of wear and tear of the systems. 15. History card to be maintained for boiler system.
