Tender For To provide smooth power supply to the consumers in the jurisdiction of Electricity Distribution Section, Nurpur, the work of attending to emergency breakdowns occurring in 33 KV/11 KV/LT lines of sudden nature at a fast pace and getting other necessary works done through external agencies.- Removal of of ACSR Dog/RABBIT/WEASEL conductor from both side spans of damaged pole and removal of H.T/L.T line accessories from damaged pole. 2 Digging of pit of damaged pole in Pakka road (Hard soil) with the help of road cutter/digging machine, Tractor etc. for dismantling the pole. 3 Digging of pit of damaged pole in Kachha side road (soft soil) for dismantling the damaged pole. 4 Dismantling of damaged single support PCC Pole/S.T Pole from pit and S.T Pole carriage from work site to J.E"s store and damaged PCC Pole will be carriage from wotk site to dumping yard including loading & unloading at both ends. 5 Carriage of new 8.5mt. Long PCC pole, 11 mtr. Long STP from Cetral Store, Bijnor/J.E Store to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends. 6 Erection & fabrication of following supports including fitting of all reqired accessories of HT/LT line as per RESPO schedule. 7 Single supports on ST Pole of 11 Mtr. Long 8 Single support on PCC Pole 9 Grouting, concreting and plinthing of single support on ST pole of 11 mt. long with cement, stone ballast & coarse sand in ration of 1:3:6 complete in all respect. 10 Laying and Sagging of ACSR Dog/RABBIT/WEASEL conductor in both side spans of new erected pole in H.T/L.T line. 11 For attending 33 KV/ 11 KV Break down providing & replacement of damged Disc/Insulators and jointing of conductor and replacement of Jumpers etc. 12 Fixing of Disc Insulator as per Site requirement. 13 Fixing of Pin Insulator as per site requirement 14 Cutting/chopping tree branches in the way of 33 KV/11 KV /L.T lines. PER KM. 15 The following material is required to supplied by the contractor and Fixing of its material on Poles as required. 16 Stay Clamps 17 stay Insulator 18 F-Brackets 19 X-Arm Holding Clamps 20 F Clamp 21 Earth Clamp 22 Bolt and Nuts off Size 23 ACSR Weasel/Rabbit/Racoon/Dog conductor of HT/LT lines in different sectors & cartage of material from J.E"s Store/Any Store of PVVNL Discom with loading & unloading at both ends. 24 H.T line 25 L.T line 26 Re-laying lifting, stringing & proper sagging of new conductor in place of old and damaged removed conductor on H.T/L.T line with binding, jumpering etc.including cartage, loading & unloading from Central store, Bijnor/J.E Store to site of work. 27 ACSR Dog Conductor(H.T line) 28 ACSR Weasel conductor (L.T line) 29 Re-sagging of conductor of loose H.T/L.T line which includes opening of jumpers, binding & re jumpering etc. complete in all respect. 30 11 KV(3wire) line at various places 31 LT line (4/5 wire) at various places 32 Providing and fixing of Bamboo Phanti with the binding wire in L.T lines at different places. 33 Carriage of AB cable 95/120 Sqmm from Store Cente, Bijnor to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends. 34 Laying, lifting & Stringing of AB cable size 95/120 sqmm in place of dismentlalled damaged ABC and fixing of all types clamps & connection complete in all respect. 35 Carriage of Distribution box(Single Phase/Three Phase) from Store Center Bijnor to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends. 36 Installation of single/Three Phase Distribution box on pole with providing suitable L.T clamps and making LT lead connection complete in all respect. 37 Overhauling & maintenance of UG XLPE cable /cable box for 70/120/185/300 MM 2 HT XLPE cable(including 33KV/11KV) 38 Utilisation of fault loactor for fault detection 39 Excavating the pinpointed fault area 40 Performing a cable joint on the damaged section through cable jointing kit 41 Fixing the damaged cable box for 70/120/185/300 MM 2 HT XLPE cable (including 33KV/11KV) 42 Carriage of scrap material from J.E"s store to Central Store Center, Bijnor including safe loading and unloading at both ends.
