S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitchin horizontal/vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 2 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position :Budloo / Fir wood 3 Providing and fixing hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately)Standard Quality board 4.5 mm 4 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete 5 Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 6 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) 7 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.
