Hospital Facilities Construction Work – Execution Of Construction Works, Installations And Technological Equipment For The Investment Objective <>. The Object Of The Contract That Will Be Awarded Through This Public Procurement Procedure Consists In The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Technological Equipment, In Accordance With Art. 23 And 24 Of Law 10/1995 On Construction Quality, Republished With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, For The Investment Objective <>. The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Is The Execution Of All The Works Broadly Identified In The Technical Project And The Related Annexes That Are An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation And Includes: (I) The Purchase, The Transport And Commissioning Of All The Materials And Equipment Provided For In The Technical Project; (Iii) Any Tests And Tests Required By The Legislation And Regulations In The Field Of Construction; (V) The Normal And Extraordinary Maintenance Of The Works Until They Are Handed Over To The Authority Contractor; (Vi) Activities And Supplies Needed To Keep The Site Clean And Functional; (Vii) Preparation Of Any Documentation Required By The Contractor For The Execution Of The Works, Including But Not Limited To: A) Execution Details Of The Equipment, Including The Technical Specifications Given By The Manufacturers; C) The Quality Plan For D) The Quality Control Plan; (Viii) The Documentation Of The Necessary Information For The Construction Manual. The Hospital Building Will Be Composed Of 4 Bodies In The Form Of A Bar (Body C1, C3, C4) Which Is Carried Out In The South-East Direction Set Up An Area With Controlled Access, Platforms And Constructions For Technical Annexes - S Approx = 3,539.4 Sqm, On Which Will Be Located: Medical Gas Annex, Thermal Plant, Generator Set, Pump Room, Mobile Garage, Waste Platform, Transformer Building, Hospital Connection Point, Deer Connection Point, Retention Basin, Potable Water Reserve, Hydrant Reserve. Total Built Area: 16,632.5 Sqm (13,093.1 Sqm Building Hospital + 3,539.4 Sq M Technical Annexes) Total Calculated Area: 65,135.3 Sq M (Conf.
