Construction Work – Rzepińskie Sports Center. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Rzepiński Sports Center - Plot No. 7, 8/58, 8/59, Ul. Północna, 69-110 Rzepin. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Construction And Assembly Works, Supplies And Services Necessary For The Implementation And Commissioning By The Contractor On A Turnkey Basis Of A Multi-Functional And Club Building With A Hotel Part (Defined In The Design Documentation As Stage 1). 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Multi-Functional And Club Building With A Hotel Part (With Administrative, Sports And Hotel Functions), Without A Basement, With A Rectangular Shape With Cut-Outs, Constructed On 3 Floors: A) Ground Floor Including A Bowling Alley With A Bar, Locker Rooms With Sanitary Facilities And A Generally Accessible Gym, Technical Rooms, And A Generally Accessible Communication Space Providing Access To The Recreational Area, B) 1St Floor Covering The Representative Area Of The Facility, Including A Generally Accessible Space Providing Access To The Football Pitches, Conference Room, Restaurant And Area For Sports Facility Employees, As Well As Technical Space For The Hotel And The Entire Facility, C) 2Nd Floor Including A Hotel Zone With 15 Rooms With A Staircase Providing Technical And Evacuation Services, And A Generally Accessible Space Communicating With The Entire Building. 2) Execution Of Construction Works (Concerning The Construction Of The Building Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Point 1), I.E., Among Others: A) Construction Of Silicate And Reinforced Concrete Walls And Installation Of Acoustic Panels On The Walls, B) Construction Of A Flat Roof Along With The Implementation Of A Photovoltaic Installation (Photovoltaic Panels Mounted On The Roof Surface And The Facade Of The Building), C) Delivery And Installation Of External Aluminum Windows And Doors, With Increased Resistance To Burglary (Class Rc2) Together With Internal And External Window Sills, D) Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, E) Installation Of Ceramic Tile Floors, Pvc Flooring, Carpet Or Smooth Troweled Concrete, F) Implementation Of The Following Installations: - Electrical, - Telecommunications, - Water And Sewage, - Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water, - Ventilation, - Air Conditioning, G) Delivery And Installation Of Smoke Flaps, H) Implementation And Installation Of Elevators Adapted For Disabled People Serving All Floors, I) Delivery And Assembly (On The Ground Floor Of The Building) Of A 3-Lane Bowling Alley - Rope Bowling With Bar Facilities, J) Delivery And Installation Of An All-Glass Balustrade Protecting The Observation Deck And A Balustrade Protecting The Internal Stairs Of The Building Made Of Satin Stainless Steel With Safety Glass Filling. 3.
