Subject Matter Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Mining Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Works) In The Scope Of Securing The Inlet Of The Leaching Tower In The Area Of The Leopold Canal (Schmidt Chamber Iiw/29).1.2 The Purpose Of The Mining Works Is To Tightly Isolate The Historic Longitudinal Leopold Münch (Leopold Canal) At Level Iin From The Schmidt Chamber (Iiw/29) At Level Iiw, Which Is Intended For Liquidation By Injection.2. Scope Of Mining Works As Part Of The Execution Of Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Work Site (Area), 2) Prepare The Technology For Carrying Out The Works, 3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 4) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 5) Provide Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise The Mining Works, 6) Provide Surveying Services, 7) Carry Out Mining Works.3. Work Execution Technology3.1 Before Commencing Work In The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Technology Of Their Execution, Agree It With The Services Subordinated To The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), And Then, After Agreeing, Submit It For Approval To Krzg. The Technology Should Be Consistent With The Order Of Krzg No. Ksw/Z/Krzg/42/2018 Of April 24, 2018, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template.3.2 The Technology Should Be Developed In Writing In Three Copies And One Copy In Electronic Form And Submitted For Approval Within 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3.3 Krzg Is Obliged To Approve The Technology Within 3 Days Working Days (From Monday To Friday, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Agreed Technology From The Contractor, Subject To The Provisions Of Point 3.4.3.4, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Changes To The Technology Of Performing The Works If Krzg Submits Comments Within 3 Business Days (From Monday To Friday). The Deadline Referred To In Point 3.3 Runs Again From The Date Of Delivery Of The Changed Technology Of Performing The Works To Krzg. 4. Execution Of The Works Mining. Mining Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Design Documentation Titled: Technical Design For Sealing The Inlet Of The Leaching Tower From The Schmidt Chamber (Iiw/29) At Level Iin In The Wieliczka S.A. Salt Mine, Prepared By The Ordering Party In March 2025, Together With The Update From September 2025, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Contract Template,2) Permit No. 17/25 Of The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks Of June 23, 2025, Ref. No. Dk-453-23/25, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Contract Template, 3) Instructions For Fireproof Impregnation Of Wooden Cladding Elements And The Decoration Of Workings In K.S. Wieliczka S.A. For Inflammable Material, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Contract Template,4) Instructions For Safe Dressing Of Ceilings And Side Walls In Under
