1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Municipal Road In The City. Eufeminów, Commune Brzeziny.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Execution Of Demolition Works On Road Elements, - Protection Of Underground Power Lines, - Partial Replacement Of The Soil Behind The Roadside Along With The Construction Of A Separation And Filtration Layer Made Of Geotextile And Covering With Crushed Aggregate, - Construction Of A Bituminous Road With A Variable Width From 2.50 M To 5.00 M With The Structure Indicated In The Design Documentation And A Double-Sided Roadside Made Of Crushed Aggregate. Mechanically Stabilized With A Width Of 0.25 M And 0.50 M, - Reconstruction Of Existing Exits Adjacent To The Road Being Reconstructed And Height Adjustment Of All External Devices And Existing Exits With Paved And Unpaved Surfaces, Referring To The Edges Of The Reconstructed Road And Exits And To The Adjacent Area, - Adjustment Of Underground Infrastructure Devices, - Installation Of Traffic Safety Elements, - Topsoiling And Sowing Of The Roadsides. Z O. O. Case Number Psglo.Zmsm.763.316.25 Of April 29, 2025 - Decision On Environmental Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project, Case Number Ssgpn.6220.5.2025.Js Of July 14, 2025. The Total Length Of The Reconstructed Road Is Approximately 1,629.15 Mb.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, In Order To Achieve The Final Result Specified In The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) Or Stwiorb.
