The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Following Investment In The Design And Build System: Reconstruction Of A Pedestrian Footbridge Connecting Roads On Plots No. 56 And No. 46 On The River. Nysa Kłodzka In Roztoki. 2. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Replace The Entire Wooden Surface (Bridge) With New Wooden Balustrades And Strengthen The Existing Span. It Is Planned To Rebuild The Abutment On The Southern Side From Gabions And Fill It With Engineering Backfill. Renovation Of The Northern Abutment With New Reinforced Concrete Caps. Cleaning, Shaping And Strengthening Of Slopes. As A Result Of The Investment, The Winter Lighting Of The Facility Will Not Change.3. Design Documentation Includes Preparation Of Simplified Documentation And Notification Of Construction Works Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 2 Points 1) Act Of 11 August 2001 On Special Rules For The Reconstruction, Renovation, Reconstruction And Demolition Of Buildings Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of Natural Disasters.4. It Is A Rope Facility Along Internal Municipal Roads No. 46 And 56.5. The Template Of The Declaration On Carrying Out A Site Visit Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Declaration Will Be Prepared In Two Identical Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party, And Attached To The Offer. 7.1.4. The Contractors Costs Related To Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Be Borne By The Contractor.7.1.5. Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Rejects The Offer If It Was Submitted Without An On-Site Visit. Subcontracting 1.
