The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding Thermal Modernization Based On An Audit (Guaranteed Works) And Finishing Works Of Staircases (Works Not Covered By The Audit, Part Covered By The Option Law) Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 17 In Dzierżoniów As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Dzierżoniów Municipality And Piława Górna Commune. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027. The Scope Of Works For This Task Is Indicated And Described In: A) The Architectural And Construction Project Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 17 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna, B) Executive Design Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 17 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna, C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 17 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna, D) Energy Audit Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 17,58-200 Dzierżoniów. In Addition To The Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Place An Information Board In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), Including One Change To Its Content. The Content Of The Table Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Its Implementation. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Implementation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of An Ornithologists And Chiropterologists Opinion/Expertise Regarding The Presence Of Animal Nesting Places And Shelters And To Incur The Related Costs. Two Copies Of The Expertise Must Be Prepared And Delivered To The Ordering Party Before Construction Works Begin. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With 2 Copies Of The Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building After The Thermal Modernization Works. 1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, Energy Audit, Design Documentation, Including The Construction And Executive Design, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or Drawings Or Simultaneously In The Description And Drawings. Both The Technical Description And The Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order.1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Constructio
