1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of The Fire Station And Community Center Building In Bukowa.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Expansion Of The Existing Building Of The Fire Station And Common Room, In Particular By: • Adding A Single-Car Garage, • Adding A Staircase Leading To The Volunteer Fire Departments Room On The First Floor, • Constructing Sanitary And Electrical Installations, • Demolishing The Existing Staircase Leading To The Room On The First Floor, • Constructing A New Access Road To The Boiler Room, • Constructing A Toilet For Staff On The First Floor Of The Existing Building.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Land Development Design 2) Architectural And Construction Design 3) Executive Designs 4) Sstwior 5) Bills Of Quantities Note 1: Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. Swz And Sstwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. Or Sstwior.
