The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Includes: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Bricklaying Works, 3) Installation Of Partition Walls, 4) Plastering Works, 5) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, 6) Installation Of Doors, 7) Installation Of Window Joinery, 8) Execution Of Floors, 9) Execution Of Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works, 10) Works Related To The Installation Of Heating, Ventilation And Ventilation Devices. Air Conditioning, 11) Electrical Installation Works. 12) Audiovisual System And Acoustic Adaptation Of The Room3. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of The Works Performed Is Narrower Than That Included In The Construction And Technical Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party And Includes Only Works On The Ground Floor Of The Building Specified In The Attached Bill Of Quantities, Subject To The Following Changes And Comments.5. Employment Requirements Under The Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Who, During The Execution Of The Contract In Question, Will Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of The Works Listed Below, I.E.: 1. Demolition Works, 2. Bricklaying Works 3. Installing Partition Walls 4. Plastering Works,5. Construction Of Suspended Ceilings,6. Installation Of Door Joinery 7. Installation Of Window Joinery8. Execution Of Floors 9. Execution Of Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works, 10. Works Related To The Installation Of Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices, 11. Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations.12. Audiovisual System And Acoustic Adaptation The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Persons Performing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials As Well As Persons Performing Temporary/Ancillary Work. The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Also Does Not Apply To The Situation In Which The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Personally Performs The Above Activities (E.G. A Natural Person Running A Business, Partners In A Civil Partnership).2) The Ordering Party Decides That: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Persons Performing The Activities Listed In Point 1 Are Employed To Perform The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship During The Term Of The Contract, At Least For The Period Of Perform
