1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Existing Building For The Needs Of The Kraśnik Academy Of Development.2. If Funding Is Granted, The Order Is Planned To Be Implemented Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program Co-Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union.3. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Adapt The Building Located In Kraśnik At Ul. Sikorskiego 22, For The Needs Of The Kraśnik Academy Of Development And The Kraśnik Center For Entrepreneurship And Innovation.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including The Demolition Of The Existing Transformer Station Building With A Basement, 2) Extension Of The Building With An Elevator, 3) Construction Of Flights Of Stairs In Staircases With Balustrades, 4) Construction Of The Ceiling Between The Ground Floor And First Floor Of The Building, In The Middle Staircase, 5) Construction Of New Partition Walls, 6) Bricking Up Some Of The Window Openings, 7) Addition Of Gravity Chimneys On The First Floor, 8) Reconstruction And Construction Of New Door Openings, 9) Installation Of Plasterboard Installations (Including Countertops On Horizontal Sections In The Rooms), 10) Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, 11) Installation Of New Door Joinery, Replacement Of Window Joinery, 12) Construction Of New Floors In Some Basement Rooms, 13) Change Of The Hydrant System Fire Protection, 14) Construction Of New Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including Mechanical Ventilation, 15) Drying And Insulation Of Foundations And Basement Walls (Including The Injection Method), 16) Repairing And Supplementing Plasters In Basement Rooms, Painting And Wall Cladding Works, 17) Execution Of Roof Layers With Covering, Taking Into Account Appropriate Thermal Insulation And Fire Protection Parameters, 18) Execution Thermal Insulation Of The Building Walls, 19) Installation Of Coated Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters, 20) Installation Of Glass Roofs Over The Entrances To The Building, 21) Construction Of External Reinforced Concrete Stairs Leading To The Heat Exchanger At The Basement Level, 22) Installation Of Smoke Exhaust Flaps In Staircases, 23) Demolition And Reconstruction Of External Networks And Connections, 24) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Partial Occupancy Permit Regarding The Scope Of The Investment That Is The Subject Of This Agreement.5. The Ground Floor Rooms Where The Heat Exchanger And The Senior Club Are Located Will Remain Unchanged. The Construction Of A New Building And Land Development Is The Subject Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure.6. Due To The Heat Exchanger And The Senior Club Operating On The Ground Floor Of The Building, And The Post-Secondary School Operating On The Second Floor Of The Building Until June
