The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Protection Of Biodiversity In The Natura 2000 Protected Area In The Tuszów Narodowy Commune Through The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System Grochowe Ii Stage Ii The Subject Of The Order Includes: Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network For The Town Of Grochowe In The Tuszów Narodowy Commune, I.E.: Gravity Sanitary Sewage System Within The Catchment Area Of The S Collector And Gravity Sanitary Sewerage System Within The Catchment Area Of The C Collector The Detailed Route Of The Planned Sewage Network Is Presented On The Attached Maps - Precisely Illustrating The Sections Of The Network Indicated Above. The Designed Sewage Network Will Be Used For Collective Disposal Of Domestic And Commercial Sewage From The Plots Covered By The Investment. The Scope Of The Project Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In A Mixed System, I.E. Gravity And Pressure, Together With Network Sewage Pumping Stations, Sewage Wells And Other Necessary Network Infrastructure (Including Aeration, Venting And Drainage Fittings Of The Pressure Channel). Sewage From The Area Covered By The Study Will Be Discharged Via A Gravity-Pressure System To The Existing Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Grochowe. A Detailed Description Of The Above-Mentioned Scope Of The Task Is Included In The Above-Mentioned Technical Descriptions, Which Are An Element Of The Construction Design. The Layout Of The Designed Construction Works Allows For The Adoption Of An Optimal Work Schedule. All Technical Information Regarding The Material Scope Is Included In The Technical Documentation, Which Describes The Task Parameters In Detail. The Attached Technical Designs Illustrate The Material Scope Of The Investment. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Investor, Should Submit A Notice Of Completion Of Construction, Which Does Not Require An Occupancy Permit, And Obtain An Appropriate Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Use Of The Facility Mentioned In The Notice Of Completion Of Construction, Issued By The Competent Construction Supervision Authority.
