Subject Of The Order: Service In The Field Of Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste From All Owners Of Residential And Some Non-Residential Properties, In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Levels Of Limiting The Storage Of The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste. The Contractor Is Obliged To Recover Or Neutralize The Collected Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act On Maintenance. Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. The Scope Of The Order Includes:1. Equipping The Serviced Properties With: • Containers For Mixed (Remains After Sorting) Municipal Waste • Bags For Selective Waste Collection: Metals And Plastics, Paper, Bio • Containers For Selective Collection Of Glass2. Collection Of Municipal Waste At The Source - From The Property In Accordance With The Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Trzebiechów Commune. Including Those That Were Not Placed In Containers, But In Bags Next To The Containers (Bags In The Appropriate Color). Collection Of Waste Collected Selectively From Private Residents Containers (In Appropriate Colors) - Metals And Plastics, Paper, Bio.3. Organizing Waste Collection From Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (Mpszok) Or From A Place Where The Operator Will Provide A Means Of Transport On Which Residents Will Be Able To Deposit Municipal Waste, And Providing Employees At Their Own Expense To Operate Mobile Selective Waste Collection Points.4. Transport Of Municipal Waste From The Trzebiechów Commune (Collected From The Property And By Mobile Selective Waste Collection Points). The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Clean Up The Collection Site And Adjacent Areas Contaminated With Waste During The Ongoing Waste Collection And After Its Completion.5. Management Of Mixed Municipal Waste, Residues From Sorting Mixed Municipal Waste By Transferring Them To A Municipal Installation Included In The List Of Municipal Installations Referred To In Art. 38B Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended) Kept By The Locally Competent Voivodeship Marshal.6. Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste In Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 And 18 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended);7. Collection Of Bulky Waste - Once A Year (On Four Different Dates) - Mobile Collection Of Bulky Waste In The Trzebiechów Commune, According To The Schedule (Mobile Collection Once A Year For Each Commune).8. Conducting Reporting In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.9. Performing Other Duties Indicated And Described In The Swz, Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Contract.
