Landscaping, Hardening Of Pedestrian Routes, Installation Of Small Architecture Elements And Planting Trees And Shrubs. The Ordering Party Provides Documentation On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure. Detailed Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Design Documentation. All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Proceedings And The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, All Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Subject Of This Procedure Is Construction Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. If In The Swz And Any Other Tender Documentation, The Ordering Party Indicated Parameters, Trademarks, Source, Origin Indicating A Specific Manufacturer, Such Indications Constitute Only A Technical, Qualitative Or Functional Standard And Does Not Mean That The Described Devices Are The Only Ones That Can Be Offered To The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Products. An Equivalent Product Is One That Will Have, At Least For The Typical, Basic Parameters That Characterize A Given Product, Functional And Quality Features Not Inferior To The Indicated Model Product. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Safe Manner That Does Not Pose A Threat To Persons Taking Part In The Construction And To Third Parties, In Accordance With Fire Protection Conditions, And With A View To Not Deterioration Of The Condition Of Existing Facilities.
