The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Needs Of Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej W Wieliczka Sp. Zoo. In 2026 In Domestic And Foreign Trade In The Scope Of, Among Others: Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery Of Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items, Money Orders And Returns Of Undelivered Items. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Types Of Items And Services In The Estimated Quantity As Below: ▪ Ordinary Economic Letters - 25,540 Pcs., - Category Ec.Format M, 0-1000G - 40 Pcs., - Eco Category S Format, 0-500G - 25,500 Pcs., ▪ Registered Economy Letters - 5,220 Pcs., - Eco-Cat. Format L, 0-2000G - 20 Pcs., - Eco-Cat. Format M, 0-1000G - 200 Pcs., - Eco-Cat. S Format, 0-500G - 5000 Pcs., ▪ Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt /Zpo/ - S Format, 0-500G - 500 Pcs., ▪ Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt /Epo/ - S Format, 0-500G - 3480 Pcs. ▪ Service Of Return Of Registered Shipment To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Domestic Trade - Eco Category. S Format, 0-500G – 1000 Pcs. 3.2. Detailed Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Price Form (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz), Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). 3.3. The Contractor Should Be Entered In The Register Of Postal Operators Kept By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order. During This Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Submit To The Ordering Party The Above-Mentioned: Entry At His Request. 3.4. During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Must Have A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For The Business Activity Covering The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Of At Least Pln 100,000.00 Gross. During This Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Submit To The Ordering Party The Above-Mentioned: Insurance Contract At His Request. 3.5. The Types And Number Of Shipments Specified In The Price Form As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees, Thereby Declaring That He Will Not Pursue Any Claims In This Respect. To Calculate The Number Of Shipments Specified In The Price Form, The Ordering Party Adopted Average Annual Quantities Of Shipments Of Each Type, However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Services In A Different Quantity Or Type Without Increasing The Amount Of The Total Remuneration Specified In The Contract Based On The Submitted Offer. The Actual Quantities Of Shipments Made May Differ From The Average Quantities Provided.
