1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Wing Of The Tpn Management Building. 1.1. Comprehensive Design Documentation Necessary For. Obtaining A Decision On A Permit For Reconstruction (If Required) Or Notification For A Project Called Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Wing Of The Tpn Management Building, Together With The Design Of A New Interior Development Concept, Located On Plot No. 15/1, Precinct 170 Zakopane. The Project Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Architectural And Construction Concept Provided By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Obtain A Decision On Permission For The Reconstruction (Or A Certificate Of No Objection To Be Submitted), And An Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities Will Be Prepared. Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Contract Template And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annexes To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit To The Ordering Partys Premises In Order To Familiarize The Contractor With The Actual Conditions Of Performance Of The Services (I.E. To Learn About Any Problems And Difficulties Related To The Future Implementation Of The Service).3.1 On-Site Visit - Tpn Headquarters, Ul. The Ordering Party Informs That, In Accordance With Article 226(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, It Will Reject The Contractors Offer Which Is Submitted Without An On-Site Visit. 1 Pzp, 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.5.1. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Nature And Scope Of The Service Provided.
