1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Gradient Thermal Cycler For The Medical University Of Gdańsk. The Purchase Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Diagnostics Of A High-Grade Brain Tumor Using Liquid Biopsy And Machine Learning - Co-Financing Agreement No. Feng.02.02-Ip.05-0053/24.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 3 To This Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Order: A) Be Brand New, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, B) Be Manufactured After January 1, 2025, C) Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Goods By Polish Law, D) Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity Or A Ce Certificate Confirming That The Delivered Products Meet Specific Standards Or Technical Specifications. The Ordering Party Accepts An Equivalent Document Issued By An Entity Based In Another Member State Of The European Economic Area,4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: A) Provide A Warranty For The Offered Equipment Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz For A Period Of Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties; B) Delivered The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. He Brought In, Unpacked, Assembled And Launched The Offered Subject Of The Order And Trained The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Equipment. C) Presented In Its Offer Information About The Equipment Offered, Specifying The Manufacturer, Model, Markings And Year Of Production According To The Item And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
