1) The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Order Entitled: Purchase Of A Bus For Transporting People With Disabilities In The Wiśniowa Commune. 2) The Order In Question Was Co-Financed From The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii.3) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 4) Pursuant To The Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer To The Ordering Party The Ownership Of The Subject Of The Delivery With The Parameters Specified In The Tor, And The Ordering Party Undertakes To Collect The Subject Of The Delivery And Pay The Price To The Contractor On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Agreement. 5) The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation.
