The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cybersecurity Systems. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement All The Systems Provided By The Ordering Party And Integrate Them With The Network Environment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Parameters Of The Devices Are Described In Annex No. 8 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Devices Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Manufactured No Earlier Than January 2025, Delivered In The Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Have Protection Used By The Manufacturer). The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Use Of So-Called Devices Is Not Allowed. Refurbished. The Offered Devices Cannot Come From An Exhibition Or Exposition, They Must Be Complete, Including The Cables With Appropriate Software Needed For Operation, And Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Software Be New, Unused, Not Previously Activated On Another Device, Delivered In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer, And Not Encumbered With Third-Party Rights. The Delivered Software And All Its Media (If Any) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. Data Media And Disks Damaged And Replaced Under Warranty Remain The Property Of The Ordering Party And Will Not Be Returned.
