The Subject Of This Order Is The Property Insurance, Civil Liability And Motor Insurance Services Of The Kępno Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 5 To This Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Together With Annexes 1-9.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Following Types Of Insurance Services: 1.1. Property Insurance Against All Risks Of Destruction, Damage Or Loss, 1.2. Insurance Of Electronic Equipment Against All Risks Of Destruction, Damage Or Loss,1.3. Third-Party Liability Insurance For Business Activity And Property.1. Property Insurance Against All Risks1.1. Scope Of Insurancethe Insurer Is Liable For A Sudden, Uncertain And Independent Of The Will Of The Policyholder/Insured Person Causing Destruction, Damage Or Loss Of Property Covered By Insurance, Taking Into Account Additional Provisions And Exclusions. The Scope Of Insurance Also Covers Property Used By The Policyholder/Insured Under A Rental, Tenancy, Lending, Leasing Or Other Similar Form Of Use Of Someone Elses Property/Real Estate. In The Scope Of Damage Covered By Insurance 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Bear The Costs Of Remuneration Of Appraisers Or Experts Appointed By The Contractor, B) Reimburse The Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party Related To The Rescue Operation, Fire Extinguishing Operation Carried Out In Connection With The Events Covered By The Insurance Contract, Rescue Of Property, Costs Related To Securing The Insured Property Against Damage In The Event Of Its Direct Threat Due To The Event, Pollution Or Contamination Caused By Events Covered By The Insurance Contract And Costs Related To Cleaning Up The Remains Of The Damage, Including The Costs Of Demolition And Dismantling Of Parts Unsuitable For Use. The Costs Referred To Above Are Covered By The Contractor Up To The Liability Limit Of Pln 2,000,000 - Above The Sum Insured (The Limit Indicated Above Is The Limit Per Event). 2. The Insurance Covers The Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Protecting Property Against Damage In The Event Of A Direct Threat Of An Event And The Costs Related To The Rescue Of The Affected Person. Damage To Property, Aimed At Preventing Increased Losses; These Costs Are Covered Regardless Of The Result Of Security And Rescue Activities Up To The Limit Of Pln 1,000,000 Over The Property Insurance Sum (The Limit Indicated Above Is The Limit Per Event).3.The Contractor Considers The Fire And Anti-Theft Protection Existing At The Ordering Partys As Sufficient To Provide Insurance Protection And Pay Compensation.2.
