1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2026.43, As Amended) For The Needs Of Olmedica W Olecku Sp. Z. O. O. 2. The Total Estimated Electricity Consumption [Mwh] In The Period From 01/05/2026 To 30/04/2027 Is 758.28 Mwh.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. The Contract Template Includes Annex No. 2 To The Swz And No. 2A (Power Of Attorney).5. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And Its Implementing Regulations And Polish Standards.6. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Order (The Subject Of The Order Is Standardized - It Will Be Implemented Identically, Regardless Of Which Contractor Will Perform It), All Life Cycle Costs Are Taken Into Account - Margin, Costs Of Conventional Energy, Costs Of Property Rights And Excise Tax. Apart From The Above The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Other Costs Of Electricity Supply.7. The Contractor, Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted, Will Be Obliged To Notify The Contract On Behalf Of Itself And The Ordering Party (Recipients) To The Relevant Dso In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And To Represent It Before The Dso In The Process Of Changing The Supplier. 8. The Projected Electricity Consumption Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Duration Of The Contract. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated On The Basis Of Historical Data On Electricity Consumption In The Last 12 Months And Taking Into Account The Actions Taken By The Ordering Parties Referred To In Art. 37 Of The Act Of October 7, 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Electricity Consumers In 2023 In Connection With The Situation On The Electricity Market. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Parties (Customers), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed.9. Settlement Periods Used - 1 Month/Month10. The Ordering Party Has A Split Agreement - Distribution By Pge Dystrybucja S.A. (Contract For An Indefinite Period), Sales By Unimot Energia I Gaz Sp. Z O. O. 11. Distribution Services Are/Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Agreements Concluded Between The Ordering Parties And The Dso.12. Tpa Measurement Systems Are Adapted To The Change Of Supplier.13. The Condition For Starting The Supply Of Electricity On The Specified Date (In Relation To Individual Consumption Points) Is The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Switching Procedure, The Recipients Possession Of A Valid Contract For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services And The Effective Termination Of The Comprehensive Contract.14
