The Subject Of The Contract Is The Investment Task Entitled: Educational Square In The Area Of ​​Primary School No. 11: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements, B) Removal Of An Unused Pole From The Area Of ​​The Designed Classroom, C) Delivery And Assembly Of An Outdoor Classroom With A Safe Surface In The Form Of An Overgrowth Mat, D) Tidying Up The Area And Sowing Grass, E) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.4. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99(5) Of The Act, I.E. The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Was Indicated And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Were Not Provided, Should Ask The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence.6. If The Documentation Constituting The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Having The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or Main Purpose Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Implement The Order Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People.8.
