The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Two-Day (2) Trip To Wisła Together With Workshops For Participants Of The Project Family - The Foundation Of Security Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Priority Esl.07.00 European Funds For Society, Measure Fesl.07.07 - Support For The Family, Children And Youth And Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care. Place Of Accommodation: Within The Administrative Borders Of The Wisła Commune (Silesian Voivodeship). Trip Duration: 2 Days (1 Night). The Trip Will Start On Saturday And End On Sunday. Number Of People: Maximum 60 People (Approx. 30 Adults, Approx. 30 Children), Not Less Than 40 People - Participants Of The Project Family - The Foundation Of Security Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Priority Esl.07.00 European Funds For Society, Action Fesl.07.07 - Support For Families, Children And Youth And Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care. Note: The Number Of Adults/Children Provided Is An Estimate And May Change. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Participants Of The Trip Only Due To Random Events That Could Not Be Predicted In Advance And The Impossibility Of Replacing Them With Another Participant. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Only Be Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Number Of People Participating In The Trip And Will Not Submit Any Claims To The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Exact Number Of People Who Will Participate In The Field Trips, At Least 7 Business Days Before The Planned Trip, But It Will Not Be Less Than 40 People. The Order Includes Accommodation, Meals, Transport, And Organization Of Sightseeing. A Full Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter 4 Of The Terms Of Reference.
