1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets On Domestic And Foreign Routes, Including Tickets From Low-Cost Carriers, And Related Services, Including: Intermediation In Contacts With Carriers Regarding Complaints, Reservation Changes, Etc., For The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Order Applies To Economy Class And Business Class Tickets In All Booking Tariffs. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Largest Number Of Reservations Of Airline Tickets For Flights On European Routes And Sporadic Reservations Of Tickets For Flights On Non-European Routes. Ticket Reservations Will Be Made Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Estimates The Purchase Of 311 Airline Tickets (Approx. 282 Foreign And 29 Domestic). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Orders, In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026 Or Until The Amount Of Pln 500,000.00 Gross Is Exhausted - Depending On Which Of These Events Occurs First. The Indicated Value Concerns The Reservation, Sale (Value), Ticket Issuance And Delivery And Other Related Costs. The Minimum Order Value Is Pln 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Zlotys). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And The Draft Agreement (Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz). 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.5 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Method Of Contract Performance Than That Specified In This Swz.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement And Establishing A Dynamic Purchasing System And Does Not Envisage Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogs To The Offer In The Situation Specified In Art. 93 Of The Pzp.9 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Settlement In Foreign Currencies. The Order Is Settled In Pln. 10. Subcontracting: 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S); In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order, 2) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It
