The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Are Cleaning Services For The Building Of The Regional Directorate Of State Forests (Rdsf In Szczecin), Located At Ul. Trzcinowa 10 In 70-893 Szczecin (Szczecin - Płonia) Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials, Cleaning Products, Equipment And Tools And Will Provide Hygiene Products Specified By The Ordering Party Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense. In Part No. 1 (Cleaning Services In The Rdlp Building In Szczecin), The Ordering Party Requires That Washing And Cleaning Of Floors Over A Large Area, In Particular In Passageways, Corridors, Halls, Cloakrooms, Was Carried Out By Machine, Using Scrubber-Drying Machines, And In Hard-To-Reach Places (Around Pillars, Balustrades, Walls, Exits, Edges Of Surfaces) Washing Was Performed By Hand Or Machine Until The Surface Was Clean. Failure To Comply With This Requirement Will Result In A Contractual Penalty Being Charged, In Accordance With §12 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Contract Template (Annex No. 3A To The Swz). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 7A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Independently Perform Key Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order Related To The Broadly Understood Concept Of Cleaning, I.E. Performing All Activities Maintaining Order And Cleanliness, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.
