Part No. 1 - Development Of A Project To Amend The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Hrubieszów Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. Vi/38/2024 Of The Hrubieszów Commune Council Of September 27, 2024 (Appendix No. 4 Swz) Regarding The Commencement Of Preparation Of Changes To The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Hrubieszów Commune In Czumów, Together With The Environmental Impact Forecast And The Required Annexes To The Project Plan Changes. The Order Also Includes The Preparation Of A Draft Resolution With Annexes And Participation In The Session Of The Hrubieszów Commune Council During The Adoption Of The Plan, As Well As Participation In Activities Necessary To Possibly Bring The Draft Amendment To The Spatial Development Plan Into Compliance With The Law In The Event That The Resolution Is Declared Invalid By The Voivode.
