1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Equipment For H And Hn Houses At The Educational And Social Center Of The University Of Physical Education In Chycin.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Swz, Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Offer Form.3. As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Unload, Bring To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, Install And Arrange New Equipment Under The Substantive Supervision Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Collect And Dispose Of All Waste Arising After The Execution Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Requires Natural Dimensions Of The Furniture Before The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Furniture Offered Must Be Brand New - Unused And Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Technically Efficient And Complete, And Must Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 7. The Offered Furniture Must Have Appropriate Quality Documents And Marketing Authorization Documents, Which The Contractor Undertakes To Provide At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.
