4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Entitled: Purchase And Delivery Of Road Aggregate Intended For Road Renovation In The Annopol Commune In 2026.4.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Delivery Of Natural Road Aggregate Intended For Road Renovation - Sorted Mixture Of Fractions 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 2,990 Tons. 2) The Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242 Standard. Note: The Final Aggregate Mixture Delivered Cannot Be Clay At All, It Is Not Allowed To Use Mixtures That Do Not Meet At Least One Of The Specification Conditions Or Any Technological Mixtures Of The 2Nd Grade And So On. Similar. It Must Meet The Appropriate Requirements Of Wwiorb No. D-04.04.02 Specified For Road Surfaces (Appendix No. 9 To Swz). The Requirements For The Aggregate Mixture Should Be Confirmed By A Certificate Issued By An Entity Authorized To Control Quality.3) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Annopol Commune, After The Ordering Party Submits A Periodic Delivery Request By E-Mail, Specifying The Amount Of Material And Place Of Delivery.4) The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Ordering Party At Least One Day In Advance About The Date And Time Of Implementation Of The Periodic Delivery Demand Submitted By The Ordering Party.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Annopol Commune.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order Between 8:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. 7) Transport Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods Using Self-Unloading Vehicles Capable Of Transporting Approximately 30 Tons Of Aggregate (So-Called Pans) At A Time.
