1. Subject Of The Order - Short Description. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Replacing Water Meters In The Łubowo Commune And Granting A License For Remote Reading Of Water Meters Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Materials. B. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install Water Meters Equipped With Radio Overlays For Remote Reading In The Łubowo Commune And To Implement And Run A System Ensuring Remote Reading And Train Employees Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of This System. The Water Meters, Devices And Licensed Software Provided By The Contractor Will Be Adapted To Cooperate With The Water Consumption Accounting Program Operating At The Ordering Party. C. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Implementation Services And The Granting Of 600 Software Licenses Covered By The Contract (For 5 Years) - A System Compatible With Currently Used Devices; 2) Delivery Of Full Technical And Warranty Documentation; 3) Hardware Documentation, Catalog Cards, Certificates, Approvals, Declarations And Others; 4) Software Documentation Consisting Of Technical And Operational Documentation; 5) Purchase, Assembly And Sealing Are Expected - (Compatible With Currently Used Devices) Single-Jet, Dry-Running, Vane Water Meters With A Radio Overlay (Compatible With The Currently Used System) In The Following Quantities: - Js 2.5 Dn 15 - 150 Pcs. - Js 2.5 Dn 20 - 550 Pcs. - Js 4 Dn 20 - 100 Pcs. - Js Minimum 6.3 Dn 25 - 20 Pcs. Currently In The Łubowo Commune Has The Spidap Program From Apator With An Open Architecture - The System Proposed By The Contractor Must Be Fully Compatible With It. Water Meters Will Be Replaced In Single-Family Houses, Public Buildings, Service Buildings, Farms And Multi-Family Buildings. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In The Gniezno Poviat, In The Łubowo Commune In The Towns Of Fałkowo, Łubowo And Wierzyce. Due To The Lump-Sum Settlement, The Contractor Should Take Into Account All Elements Of The Implementation Process When Estimating The Price. To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer, The Ordering Party Will Use The Data Contained In The Offer Form In Accordance With This Tor. The Details Of The Order Are Specified In The Documentation Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree With The Contractor The Dates Of Commencement Of Work On Individual Stages Of The Order. Note If The Documentation Referred To Above Uses Manufacturers Names Or Other Proper Names, It Should Be Assumed That They Serve Only To Clarify The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Order Should Be Made Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent (With Parameters Not Worse - As Indicated Below). Any Replacement Works Resulting From The Execution Of The Contract - Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, The Validity Of Their Execution Must Be Accepted By The Parties To The Contract, These May Be
