1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of C65b3pu/Rc Cationic, Fast-Disintegrating Asphalt Emulsion With An Asphalt Content Of 65% For Partial Renovations Of District Roads In The Zielona Góra District In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 3 To Swz)2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Ordering Party Collects The Emulsion From The Emulsion Plant Or Collection Point (Tank) Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Zielona Góra District. The Cationic Asphalt Emulsion That Is The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Of Pn-En 13808:2013-10 Or An Equivalent Standard. 3. The Purchased Emulsion Will Be Collected Using The Ordering Partys Own Transport At: 6:00-8:00, 7 Days A Week. 4. The One-Time Demand For Emulsion Will Be Up To 1 ½ Tons. The Amount Of Emulsion Refueled Will Be Calculated By Weighing The Vehicle Before And After Refueling.5. The Emulsion Sold Must Have The Appropriate Temperature, I.E. Approximately +50 Degrees C. The Ordering Party Will Report The Daily Demand For The Material By Phone. 6. Full Execution Of The Order, I.E. Purchase Of 55 Tons Of Emulsion, Will Depend On Good Weather Conditions Enabling The Performance Of Road Works Using Emulsion, I.E. (Rainless Weather, Temperature At Least +10 Degrees Celsius) And The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.7. Each Time, With The Delivery Of A Batch Of Emulsion Ordered By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Documents Confirming That The Delivered Emulsion Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Documents Of This Order.8. Names And Codes Of The Order According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 44113620-7 - Asphalt.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Any Evidence To Be Submitted With The Offer.10. The Ordering Party Informs That Submitting An Offer Does Not Have To Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Relating To The Order At The Ordering Partys Disposal.
