The Subject Of This Order Is Catering Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Electronics At The Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools In Jarosław2. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service For Training Participants, Trainers, Trainers, Lecturers, Experts, Conference Participants, Participants Of The Bcu Council And People From Bcu Working Teams At The Headquarters Of The Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Electronics At Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools In Jarosław, Ul. Św. Ducha 1A, 37-500 Jarosław.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Appendix No. 1 To Swz.4. The Catering Service Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of: 2710 Servings. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce And/Or Increase The Number Of Meal Portions By No More Than 20% In Relation To The Estimated Number Of Portions Referred To In Section Above. 4. Increasing The Number Of Portions Will Require An Appropriate Annex To The Contract.6. Lunch Should Be Understood As A Meal Served In Portions Intended For One Person, Consisting Of Soup: 300 Ml And A Main Course Consisting Of: A Portion Of Meat, Weighing At Least 150 G, A Portion Of Potatoes/Rice/Groats/French Fries, Weighing At Least 200 G, Salad Or Other Vegetables, Weighing At Least 200 G, And Bottled Carbonated And/Or Non-Carbonated Mineral Water Of No. Less Than 0.5 Liters Per Person.7. A Coffee Break Should Be Understood As A Meal In The Form Of Refreshments, Including: Coffee And Tea (60%/60% Insurance) And Additions: Milk, Sugar And Lemon, At Least Two Types Of Cookies, Weighing Not Less Than 150 G Per Person And Bottled Sparkling And/Or Still Mineral Water With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 0.5 Liters Per Person. 8. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Service Provision Schedule. Catering, Taking Into Account The Dates And The Number Of People Using The Catering Services On A Given Date, On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Will Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order.9. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Schedule For The Provision Of Catering Services Referred To In Section 8 Above At Least 3 Days Before The Commencement Of The Provision Of Services.10 Change, Subject To Section 13.11. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Confirm, In The Form Of An Electronic Order, To The Contractors E-Mail Address, No Later Than 48 Hours Before The Date Of The Service, The Number Of People Covered By The Catering Service On A Given Date, Along With The Indication Of The Number And Type Of Meals, Which Confirmation Will Constitute An Order To Perform A Stage Of Services Constituting The Subject Of This Order Catering, In Which The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify The Number Of People Covered By The Catering Service On A Given Date, Along With The Number And Type Of Meals.13.
