1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Activities Related To The Management Of Property Included In The Agricultural Property Resource Of The State Treasury In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, In The Elbląg And Braniewo Poviats.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Activities Will Be Performed In Particular: 1) Preparing And Announcing Lists Of Properties Designated For Sale And Lease, Announcing And Organizing Tenders, Keeping Documentation In This Regard And Preparing Documents For Concluding Notarial Contracts; 2) Preparing Documentation Necessary To Conclude Contracts And Supervising The Parties Compliance With The Conditions Contained In Lease Contracts; 3) Securing Undeveloped Property; 4) Describing Invoices And External Accounting Notes Regarding External Services And Other Expenses; 5) Maintaining Documentation And Matters Related To Non-Contractual Use; 6) Participation In Tender Committees; 7) Preparing Documentation For Archiving; 8) Preparing Documentation, Applications For Real Estate Valuation And Analysis Of Appraisal Reports; 9) Cooperation With Individual Sections Of The National Branch Of The Center In All Matters Requiring An Opinion; 10) Preparing Reports On Activities Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Provided By A Person With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Services, Including: On Performing At Least 2 (Two) Of The Activities Specified In Section 2 Of This Chapter, Which Will Ensure Its Proper Performance By The Ordering Party.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) And In The Annexes To The Above-Mentioned.
