The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Bicycle Path And Pedestrian Routes In The Cmolas Commune, I.E.: 1).1 Part No. 1 - Task No. 1: Extension Of The Municipal Road No. 103909R Ostrowy Tuszowskie - Zagórze - Trzęsówka, Consisting In The Construction Of A Bicycle Road With A Length Of Approx. 950 M, Which Includes The Following Scope Of Work: A) Works Preparatory Works, B) Demolition, C) Earthworks, D) Deep Drainage, E) Reconstruction Of The Culvert Under The Road Crown, F) Bicycle Path, G) Additional Works, H) Geodetic As-Built Inventory. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz And Technical Documentation - Annex No. 5.1 To The Swz. Application Post-Construction Inventory To The District Geodetic And Cartographic Resource Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor - It Should Be Reported In Accordance With The Provisions Of Geodetic Law And Provide The Ordering Party With A Map With Measurements And A Stamp Of The Competent Authority Confirming The Impact And A Surveyors Declaration Regarding The Notification.
