Existing Building Consists Of A Single Kiosk Premises, 1 Pc. Hcwc And Equipment Warehouse. Existing Buildings Must Be Completely Rebuilt And Modernized. The Entire Existing Building Will Become A Kiosk And Kitchen - Except For The Existing Hcwc, Which Will Be Converted Into A Technical Room. In Connection With The Existing Building, 2 New Hcwcs Are To Be Built, And Roof Structures In Both Directions. Balanced Ventilation Must Be Installed In The Building. A New Warehouse Building Will Also Be Established. This Will Be An Equipment Warehouse For Canoes, Kayaks And Other Activity Equipment. The Building Must Be Freestanding, But Connected To The Kiosk/Wc Built Via The Roof Structure. To The South Of The Site, There Is A Breakwater That Juts Out Into The Water. A Free-Standing Sauna Will Be Built On The Jetty. There Used To Be A Pier Adjacent To The Breakwater, But This Has Been Demolished. A Wharf Facility Will Now Be Built Around The Breakwater. Construction Of A Sauna And Brewing Facility Is Also Part Of This Contract. This Request For Quotation Includes: Rigging And Operation, Demolition Work, Foundation Work, Outdoor Work, Trench Work, Exterior Va, Concrete Work, Steel Work, Tile Work, Roofing Work, Carpentry Work, Window And Door Work, Plumber Work, Painting Work, Building Wallpaper Work And Building-Related Work For Plumbing, Ventilation And El Installations. In Addition, The Request For Quotation Includes Complete Works For Plumbers, Electricians And Ventilation. All Groundwork And Building-Related Workers Are Designed In Detail By The Client. The Deliveries For Plumbing, Ventilation And Electrical Are Specified And Described In Quantity, But For These Subjects, Detailed Engineering Must Also Be Included.
