The Client Will Enter Into A Parallel Framework Agreement To Cover The Need For Consultants For Sparring On Subject-Related Issues Within It, And Assistance With Troubleshooting Software/Hardware. In Order To Ensure That The Client Has As Good Access To Expertise And Capacity Within The Service Categories As Possible, The Client Proposes That A Parallel Framework Agreement With Ranking Be Entered Into. The Clients Experience Indicates That The Individual Assignment That Is Solved With Sparring And/Or Error Correction May Start Within A Sub-Area Of A Service Category, To Develop Into Requiring Expertise From Other Sub-Areas Or Service Categories. Because Of This, There Is A Need For Each Supplier To Have As Broad Expertise As Possible, While At The Same Time The Expertise Is Relevant To The Infrastructure The Client Has.
