The Construction Site Includes The Basic Improvement Of The Dam On The Toukari Side Of The Järvioja River Located In Hyvelänviik, Pori, Between 1100 And 1680 Piles, And As An Option, The Construction Of A Service Road On The Edge Of The Järvioja River In Accordance With The Attached Contract Calculation Documents. The Contract Includes, Among Other Things:• Removal And Clearing Of Stumps And Excess Excavated Soil From The Contract Area, As Well As Transport To The Hangassuo Surplus Soil Reception Site, Or To Another Land Reception Site Procured By The Contractor And Approved By The Customer.• Construction Of Drainage Ditches With Wells• Leveling Of The Maintenance Road Behind The Dam And Spreading Of Crushed Stone • Cutting And Filling Work On The Dam According To Plans• Making Erosion Linings• Raising And Reinforcing Dams Of The Silt-Ti/Sand Moraine Acquired By The Contractor• Demonstration Of Suitability Of The Silt/Sand Moraine With Grain Size Curves In Accordance With The Plan Documents• As An Option, Construction Of Service Roads On The Edge Of Järvioja More Detailed Content And Scope Of The Project Is Presented In The Plan Documents. In Addition, The Customer Requests An Option Offer For The Service Road To Be Built On The West Side Of The Järvioja Between Piles 0-1640. In The Plans, The Structures On The Side Of Valtatie 8, The Center Line Of The Ditch, Are Not Part Of The Contract. The Advance Notification Of The Start Of The Work And The Negotiations With The Land Owners, Which Are Part Of The Execution Of The Work, Are Part Of The Contract. Pipeline And Cable Surveys Are Also Part Of The Contract. The Environment Must Be Restored To Its Original Condition After The Work Is Completed. The Work Is Carried Out As A Unit Price Contract In Such A Way That The Total Sum Of The Unit Price Lists (Actual Contract And Option) Is Used As The Comparison Price Of The Offers. If The Contract Is Implemented, The Work Must Be Done Within The Available 2026 Budget. The Subscriber Has The Right To Accept Or Not Accept The Option Offer. If The Option Is Accepted, It Can Be Implemented Within The Budget Sometime In Autumn 2026 Or Spring 2027. The Work Will Be Stopped If The Budget Runs Out. The Actual Quantities Can Change From The Estimated 25 Percent In One Direction Or The Other Without Changing The Unit Prices.
