The Coffee Shop Is Run As The Entrepreneurs Own Business, For Which Purpose The City Of Harjavalta Rents Coffee Premises To The Entrepreneur. Ticket Sales Are Implemented As A Purchase Service, For Which Technical Services Request Offers. Description Of The Ticket Sale Service And Café Room: In The Entrance Hall Of The Gym And Swimming Hall, There Is A Ticket Office And A Cafe, Which Require One Operator To Manage. Ticket Sales Are Handled During The Opening Hours Of The Swimming Hall (Opening Hours Below). The Ticket Counter Is Closed One Hour Before The Closing Time Of The Hall. The Cafe Is Open To Customers As A Rule During The Opening Hours Of The Gym And Swimming Hall. The Entrepreneur Can Also Keep The Cafe Open Outside Of Opening Hours, In Which Case It Will Be Agreed Separately With The Leisure Secretary. The City Of Harjavalla Has Furnished A Ticket Office For The Gym And Swimming Pool. The Swimming Pool Is In Use For Approx. 10.5 Months And The Gym For Approx. 11 Months A Year. In Summer - July, Annual Maintenance Is Carried Out In The Gym And Staff Summer Vacations Are Held. Related Tasks - Ticket Sales Tasks Related To Swimming Clubs Training Shifts - Rental And Sale Of Equipment, Rental Of Safes And Care - Space Reservations For Physical Education Classes - Management Of Found Goods (Customer Returns, Storage) - Account Of Money To The Bank In Accordance With The Agreement - Keeping Order In The Lobby And Cafeteria - Locking Doors In Premises For Rent - Making Customer Statistics According To The Citys Instructions - Functional Advice Of The Leisure Secretary In Accordance With The Instructions - Receiving Registrations And Payments For Youth And Leisure Activity Events In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Leisure Secretary.
