The Real Estate Department Of The Helsinki Parish Association Requests Your Offer For The Electrical Design Of The Technical Renovation Of The Vuosaari Church In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Design Task Includes Electrical Design Tasks In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Work Content Includes The Production Of An Inventory Model, Which Is The Initial Data. The Design Is Done Using Cad Software Based On A Data Model. The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For Selection In The Comparison Of Bids, Because The Essential Aspects Affecting The Quality Have Been Comprehensively Taken Into Account In The Definition Of The Object Of Procurement And The Minimum Procurement Requirements. The Procurement Decision Is To Be Made In March 2026. From Early Spring 2027 And The Total Duration Of The Repair Project Is Estimated To Be Around 12–14 Months. The Planning Of The Project Will Start In The Spring Of 2026. A More Detailed Course Of The Project And A Preliminary Schedule Are In The Planning Program. The Target Is The Vuosaari Church, Which Was Completed In 1980 And Is Owned By The Helsinki Parish Association. The Church Was Once Designed By The Architects Pirkko And Arvi Ilonen. The Facades Of The Diverse Buildings Are Made Of Clean Red Brick, The Slanted Slanted Roofs Are Made Of Copper, And The Flat Roofs With Internal Drainage Are Made Of Bituminous Cream. The Premises Are Mainly On One Floor, Except For The Office Wing And A Small Basement Area. The Church Was Expanded And Renovated In The Last Renovation Completed In 2006. The Offer Must Be Given At A Ceiling Price So That The Performance Of The Tasks Is Compensated By The Hourly Prices Given In The Offer, On A Time Charge Basis, Up To The Ceiling Price If Necessary.
