The Assignment Concerns Advising On, Supplying, Installing And Providing Service Regarding School Furniture To The Prodas Foundation. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Assignment In Accordance With The Program Of Requirements As Included In Appendix 1. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Enter Into A Partnership With Several School Furniture Suppliers In Which Brand-Independent Advice, Having High-Quality Furniture, Good Service And Cost Control Are Central So That The Client Is Provided With Furniture To His Satisfaction At All Client Locations. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Set At A Total Of € 2,500,000. Future Indexations Have Been Taken Into Account. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Size. The Client Expects To Build Approximately 3 New Schools Over The Next Four Years. In Addition, Redevelopments Of Existing Schools Are Expected. Every Year, The Annual Evaluation Between The Client And Each Awarded Contractor Indicates What The Plan Will Be For The Coming Year. If The Specified Scope Is Realized Earlier Than The End Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Agreement Will Also End That Much Earlier And The Assignment Will Be Re-Tendered Prematurely.
