1. This Rfq Is Open To All Interested Vendors2. The City Is Requesting The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Heat-Strengthened, Laminated Curved Glass Panels. The Work Shall Include All Materials, Fabrication, Handling, Transportation, Installation, And Associated Labor Necessary To Provide A Complete And Fully Functional System. All Glass Panels Must Meet The City’S Technical Specifications, Performance Criteria, Safety Standards, And Quality Requirements, As Well As All Applicable Codes And Regulations.3. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations.4. Project Term Is One (1) Year.
