The City Of Salmon Arm Public Works Department (City) Will Accept Quotations From Qualified Suppliers (Vendor) For The Supply And Delivery Of Two (2) Single Axle Combination Dump/Plow/Sander Units For The City Of Salmon Arm Public Works Department. The Description Of The Minimum Requirement Specifications For The Two (2) Single Axle Combination Dump/Plow/Sander Units Are Attached Hereto And Forming Part Of The Rfq As Schedule 6. Vendors That Submit A Quotation Shall Prepare A Quotation That Meets The Minimum Requirements, And May Choose, In Addition, To Also Include Unit(S) Or Terms That Exceed The Minimum Requirements. Schedule 5 - Quotation And Schedule 6 - Technical Specifications Attached Hereto And Forming Part Of The Rfq Must Be Completed By The Vendor. All Pages Of This Rfq Must Be Initialed And Returned By The Vendor (To Acknowledge That This Rfq Has Been Read In Its Entirety By The Vendor) If A Quotation Is Being Submitted To The City Of Salmon Arm.The Total Cost Must Be Inclusive Of All Insurance, Freight, Cartage, Shipping Charges, Off-Loading, Tariffs, Custom Duties, Delivery And Any Other Applicable Rates And Charges.The Technical Specifications Outlined In This Rfq Are Considered Desirable And Any Changes To The Technical Specifications Noted Herein Must Be Fully Documented. Incomplete Or Vague Quotations Will Not Be Considered.
