The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Development And Implementation Of A Complete, Integrated Communication Strategy, Which Will Serve As A Basis For Creating A Creative Concept, Visual And Communication Identity And Subsequent Development Of Audio-Visual And Digital Communication Materials For A National Information Campaign In Support Of The Screening Programs, Part Of The National Plan To Fight Cancer In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Campaign Aims To Achieve A Sustainable Impact On Awareness, Attitudes And Motivation To Participate In Screening Through Strategically Planned, Medically Correct, Ethical And Socially Responsible Communication Aimed At Clearly Defined Target And Risk Groups. The Purpose Of The Order Is To: • Increasing Awareness And Motivation To Participate In Screening; • Overcoming Behavioral Barriers Such As Fear, Stigmatization, Procrastination And Misinformation; • Encouraging Examinations And Prevention; • Providing Uniform, Consistent And Recognizable Messages In All Communication Channels; • Ensuring Medical Correctness And Ethical Sensitivity Of The Content; • Ensuring The Readiness Of All Communication Products For Distribution In Television, Radio And Digital Channels. The Main Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are: 1. Strategic And Creative Developments (Documents); 2. Production Of Audio-Visual Products; 3. Production Of Printed Materials; 4. Creation Of Digital Materials And Communication Assets; The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Right Of The Contracting Authority, Based On Art. 42 Of The Law On Copyright And Its Related Rights, To Use The Copyright On All Elements Created As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Complete Subject Of The Public Procurement, In The Same Volume In Which They Would Belong To The Author, Without Limitations In Time And Territorial Scope.
