The project aims to sustain agricultural production and strengthen the economic resilience of vulnerable farming households through capacity building, technical assistance, and the promotion of sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural practices. RMF is currently Requesting a Quotation for an expert/consultant for the implementation of climate-smart agriculture and soilless (coco peat based) planting pilots and technical support in Akkar and North Lebanon. The consultancy aims to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of soilless (coco peatbased) planting pilots in greenhouses, enabling farmers to adopt a water-efficient and climate-resilient cultivation system. The consultancy aims to reduce water consumption, improve crop performance, and generate lessons learned for potential scale-up.
