Construction Project For A New Integrated Control Center In Ingolstadt Besenbinderstrasse 4 85139 Wettstetten The Award Unit Includes The Central Heating And Cooling Supply Of The 2500 M2 Building Via Two Polyvalent Heat Pumps With A Partially Redundant Design. A Gas Boiler With Flue Gas Duct And Stainless Steel Chimney Is Provided To Cover Peak Loads. The Generation Components Are Located In The Technical Center In The Basement. The Waste Heat Is Dissipated Via Two Dry Coolers. The Primary Circuit Is A Brine Circuit, The Heating And Cooling Networks Are Water-Based. The Heat Is Distributed Via Radiators, Underfloor Heating, Circulating Air Heaters And Heating/Cooling Ceilings, And The Cold Is Distributed Via Cooling Ceilings And Circulating Air Cooling Devices. Piping, Insulation And Fire Protection Are Part Of The Scope Of Services. On The 2Nd Floor, The Installation Is Planned On The Ceiling Or A Supporting Structure, Which Is To Be Carried Out By The Contractor Across All Trades. Building Automation Takes Over System And Room Control.
