Construction Work For Commercial Buildings, Warehouses And Industrial Buildings, Buildings Relating To Transport – Logistic-Hub Mukran. Investor Model: 50Hertz Offshore Gmbh Has Concluded A Leasehold Contract With The Port Operator Fährhafen Sassnitz Gmbh For A Period Of 40 Years Plus An Optional 2 X 5 Year Extension. The Hereditary Building Right Can And Should Be Transferred Contractually. We Are Looking For A Company That Will Finance The Development Itself According To The Specifications (Appendix E) And Then Lease It To 50Hertz Offshore Gmbh. For This Purpose, The Leasehold Building Right Is Transferred As Regulated In Appendix B2_Erb.Purchase Agreement. The Rental Agreement Between The Implementing Company And 50Hertz Offshore Gmbh Is Concluded For A Fixed Term Of 10 Years Plus An Option To Extend It By 4 X 5 Years (Appendix B3_Rental Agreement). Furthermore, A Right Of Repurchase Is Agreed For The First Time After 10 Years (See Annex B2_Erb Purchase Agreement).
