Machinery For The Production And Use Of Mechanical Power – Renewal Of Innertkirchen 1 Power Plant (1:1 Machine Replacement). The Innertkirchen 1 Power Plant, Built Between 1939 And 1943, Uses The Gradient Of Around 670 M Between The Handeck And Innertkirchen To Produce Electricity And Has Five Vertical, Two-Nozzle Pelton Turbines With A Total Output Of 240 Mw. After More Than 80 Years Of Operation, The Machine Sets Are Technically At The End Of Their Service Life And Will Be Completely Replaced. The Project Includes The Replacement Of Turbines, Generators, Ball Valves, Distribution Lines And Cooling Water Systems As Well As The Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Systems. This Tender Covers The Following Four Areas: Turbine The Tender Covers The Planning (Engineering), Production, Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Commissioning Of Five Vertical, Six-Nozzle Pelton Turbines Including All Auxiliary Systems. Main Components: * Turbine With Impeller, Ring Line, Regulating Nozzles And Housing * Turbine Shaft With Guide Bearing * Hydraulic Units And Instrumentation * Digital Turbine Controller * Speed Monitoring The Nominal Flow Rate Per Machine Is 8.6 M³/S, The Nominal Power Is 50 Mw. Generator This Trade Includes The Planning (Engineering), Production, Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Commissioning Of Five Synchronous Generators (Each 55 Mva, 13.5 Kv, Cosphi 0.9, 600 Rpm) Including Excitation System, Cooling Systems And Instrumentation. Main Components: * Synchronous Generator, Vertical Version * Brushless Excitation System * Air-Water Cooler (Closed System) * Storage System * Generator Instrumentation And Anti-Condensation Heater The Generator Must Be Designed For Frequency And Voltage Control, Primary Control And Phase Shifter Operation In Accordance With The Transmission Code 2019 (Swissgrid). Cooling Water System The Service Includes The Renewal Of The Entire Cooling Water System For The Generator, Bearings, Turbine Controller And Transformer. Main Components: * Closed Cooling Circuits With Heat Exchangers * Piping Systems And Valves * Pumps, Control Valves And Sensors * Monitoring Devices And Connection To Control Technology The Goal Is A Fully Automatic, Redundant Cooling System With Regulated Cooling Water Temperature. Dismantling Existing Machine Groups This Lot Includes The Complete Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Five Machine Groups Including All Auxiliary Systems, Pipelines And Foundations. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Stages, Sometimes Parallel To The Assembly Of The New Machine Groups, In Order To Minimize Interruptions To Operations. All Materials Must Be Separated, Documented And Properly Disposed Of Or Recycled In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
